Pensioners may participate in SECC from September 1 – October 31. During the campaign, pensioners have the option to make payroll pledges online through ePledge!

Donate Online – ePledge: ePledge is available to state employees and pensioners during the annual campaign (September 1 – October 31).

ePledge Instructions (including payroll deductions, one-time credit card donations, and special fundraising events available online). Click on Donate Online-ePledge on the main SECC webpage to get started. Pensioners are also able to pay towards certain fundraising events in ePledge. Be sure to check the Events Calendar for fundraising event details.

Instructions for Pensioner Pledge Form

The SECC Pensioner Pledge Form is a fillable PDF file. This means that you can type directly into the application on your computer or device. But first you must ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader prior to trying to save the form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please find a free software download for the following devices: Desktop Computers | iPhone/iPad | Android |Windows Phone . This is the only platform that supports the online submission of the application. The pledge form does not automatically save your information, even after you have downloaded it. In order to fill in the pledge form or make any changes, you MUST save the pledge form to your computer or device PRIOR TO inputting any information on the form.

Follow the steps below to successfully complete and submit the SECC Pensioner Pledge Form:

Download the SECC Pensioner Pledge Form.

Save the application to your computer or device.

Open the now-saved PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Complete the pledge form – PAYROLL DEDUCTION pledges must be signed and dated. To see a short YouTube video on how to complete the SECC Pensioner Pledge Form, click the link.

Save the completed pledge form to your computer or device.

After the successful completion of the pledge form, please attach the form to an email and send to SECC@delaware.gov.

If you do not have access to Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may print the form.
