The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) recently held a Flock-an-Office event to raise funds for the State Employees’ Charitable Campaign (SECC). For $5, employees could “flock” a coworker’s office with flamingos, while a $10 donation clocked their office from being flocked. To override the block two additional people could chip in $5 each, bringing the total to $15 for a surprise flamingo takeover!
